This project category involved GIS application in the rearrangement of utility network assets (Customers, Distribution Substations, Electric poles and Feeders) . New cable routes were proposed and implemented with the aid of maps. The maps show clearly the distribution of these assets in specific areas and how they could be rearranged to achieve the projects' goals chief of which is to improve net revenue generated from these feeders and customer satisfaction.

Feeder rearrangement is aimed at maximizing the revenue of a feeder by increasing the Weighted Average Tariff, (WAT) and improving the feeder availability. WAT is increased by:

1) transferring Distribution Transformers (DT) with category 3 WAT or Public DTs on a category1/category 2 feeder to an adjacent or nearby feeder on category 3 WAT.

2) ensuring that availability is increased in the Category 1 or 2 feeder by transferring DTs from overloaded category 1 feeder to and adjacent category 1, 2 or 3 feeder(s).

Category 1 feeders have WAT greater than ₦30kWH. Category 2 feeders have WAT between ₦26kWH and ₦30kWH, while category 3 feeders have WAT less than ₦26kWH.
