EV Charging Points in Wales

An infographic about uptake of Electric Vehicle charges in Wales. Some issues with the NCR data .CSVs due to the high number (37k!) of features. The data was chunked down into coarse postcodes (LL, CF, SA, etc.) then stitched back together to exclude all UK data apart from Wales, finally the heat map was created dynamically within the symbology pane.

Charts generated with ArcGIS pro, had more issues with the formatting of the CSVs which took some fiddling in Excel to get the result I wanted - running total number of EVs by year, not number of EV charging points added each year.

You might notice the hotspot just west of Cardiff, this outlier has 66 EV charging points all collected within 100m of each other. After some investigation I found it was a carpark owned by Renishaw, a precision manufacturing company.
